Updating Note Templates As Creator

Couldn’t exactly find the answer to my question elsewhere.

If I’ve created a deck, but later modify the fields (adding a notes field or javascript element), how do I update the deck on AnkiHub? I haven’t seen the new field appear after syncing and waiting a few hours. Do I need to delete the deck from AnkiHub and re-upload the version with the added field?

I frequently modify the actual structure of my note templates to improve functionality, so if there’s a better way to do this and have the changes automatically synced, that would be great.

To the best of my knowledge, and someone may confirm or correct me, there’s not currently a way to update a note type once it has been uploaded to Ankihub.

This is, perhaps obviously, a goal for future development. But, currently, the only way to do so would be to re-upload the deck in whatever modified form you want.
