Upgraded to V12 and now my Anki cannot sync

Since upgrading to Ankihub 2 days ago, whenever I try to do the initial force sync to upload the new changes to my Anki to Ankiweb, I just get an error telling me the “Connection timed out. Please try again. If you see frequent timeouts, please try a different network connection. Error Details:”. It also doesn’t include any details of the error.

This is hugely problematic as I rely on Anki on my PC as well as my phone to do cards on the go and since I cannot sync my reviews have started to pile up a lot. Please help!

Can you try using a data hotspot and see if it still occurs?

Thanks to both of you for your suggestions, I just changed my internet by using my uni one and it worked there. Not sure why but I’m not complaining!
