The most likely scenario is that you had a different version of the AnKing Step deck downloaded. If you didn’t add these tables yourself, they were probably included by the source from whom you originally downloaded the deck. The official AnKing Step deck doesn’t have any specific UWorld tables in the cards.
Regarding the deleted images, they were probably not official AnKing images, or they were from an older version. This happened because your fields were not protected, or the images were located in fields that shouldn’t be protected.
The only way to get this content back is to restore from a backup using this tutorial: How to Restore from Backup
This will revert your Anki collection to a snapshot taken before the sync happened.
Could you provide a bit more context about the situation? For example, where did you get the AnKing deck that contained these tables, and was this your first sync with the AnkiHub version? Screenshots of your Anki main screen showing your decks would also be helpful, though I suspect the scenario described above is the cause.
