It looks like you’ve started a support topic, but haven’t yet described your actual issue—right now your post just repeats the category description.
To help with the “AnkiHub sync canceled” message, could you please reply with:
Screenshots
A screenshot of:
The error/notification
Your AnkiHub add-on settings: Anki → Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → Config (or Config / Settings button)
Basic info
Your Anki version: Anki → Help → About
Your OS (Windows / macOS / Linux, and version)
Whether this happens:
Only on one device, or
On all devices using that Anki profile
Exact steps that cause the error
For example:
“I open Anki → click Sync (top right) → Anki sync with AnkiWeb finishes → then AnkiHub popup shows ‘AnkiHub sync canceled’.”
What you’ve tried so far
Let me know if you’ve already:
Restarted Anki
Logged out and back into AnkiHub (via the AnkiHub add-on)
Disabled other add-ons and tried again
Once you post that info, I can suggest concrete next steps (e.g., checking login status, common conflicts with other add-ons, or known bugs with specific Anki versions) and point you to any relevant bug reports or docs.
Can you share a bit more detail about the specific difficulties you’re running into? Specifically, what version of Anki you are using and if you are seeing any other error messages simultaneously
To check your version number: within Anki go to your top menu bar. From there, click Anki - About Anki and check your version number.
The more context you can share the easier it may be to be of help. Screenshots are ideal, if you can, just so I can see what you’re seeing
