If you’re having trouble updating the AnkiHub add-on, try updating it while Anki is running in Safe Mode.

Update the Add-on in Safe Mode

  1. Close Anki.
  2. Start Anki in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key while Anki starts.
  3. Go to Tools → Add-ons → Check for Updates.
  4. Restart Anki normally after the update is complete.
