I don’t have access to the images. For some I need to click on them but others don’t show, is there a specific add on?

Can you elaborate on what sections the images are missing? Are they missing in the text and extra? First aid or additional resources?

First Aid is not being synced, you will need to import a media package (we do not provide this). If you have it, you can do this to get it
If you want to see them, you have to go to ankihub → anking deck → manage protected data → make sure additional resources/ First aid does not have a check
Then go to browse in your anki → at the top click ankihub → reset all local changes
Then import media from your pre-existing V11 deck or media package
For text section, what images are you missing?
