I have tried to sync the cards but the app will not sync no matter what I do, I have uploaded some screenshots to show what I am seeing. When I click sync in the app, in the tool bar and in the manage decks nothing happens.

Thanks for the screenshots, theyâre really helpful.
From what I can see, AnkiHub is showing the AnKing Step Deck with the message:
âThis deck is not installed yet! Sync to installâ
âŚbut clicking Sync in Anki / AnkiHub doesnât do anything. That usually means something is blocking the AnkiHub addâon from running, rather than a problem with the deck itself.
Please try these steps in order:
1. Confirm the AnkiHub addâon is installed and enabled
In Anki, go to Tools â Add-ons.
Look for AnkiHub in the list.
If itâs missing: reinstall it from our docs: community.ankihub.net/docs â AnkiHub Add-on Installation.
If itâs there but disabled, select it and click Toggle Enabled, then restart Anki.
After restarting, try AnkiHub â Deck Management â Sync to install again.
2. Make sure youâre logged into AnkiHub in the addâon
In Anki, click AnkiHub â Preferences.
Check that you are logged in with the same email you used on the AnkiHub website.
If it looks logged out or stuck, click Log out, then log back in.
Close the window and try syncing again.
3. Check for error messages in the Anki âConsoleâ
Sometimes the sync quietly fails because of an error:
Go to Tools â Add-ons â AnkiHub â View Files, then click Open Console (or Check for errors if available).
Try clicking Sync again.
If any red error text appears, please screenshot it and post it here.
That will give us a clear idea of whatâs going wrong.
4. Temporarily disable other add-ons
Occasionally another add-on blocks AnkiHub:
Go to Tools â Add-ons â Toggle Enabled on all other add-ons except AnkiHub.
Restart Anki and try Sync again from AnkiHub Deck Management.
If it works, reâenable your other add-ons one by one until it breaks again, to find the culprit.
5. Confirm Anki version
AnkiHub requires a reasonably recent Anki version.
In Anki, click Help â About and note the exact version (e.g., 24.04).
If youâre on an older version (e.g., 2.1.49 or below), please update from apps.ankiweb.net, restart, then retry syncing.
If you can, please reply with:
A screenshot of Tools â Add-ons showing AnkiHub,
Your Anki version,
Whether any error appears in the console when you click Sync.
With that info we can give you more targeted next steps.
If you can, within Anki go to your top menu bar. From there, click Anki - About Anki and check your version number.
Youâll want to make sure that youâre on 25.09 (or higher). If itâs any other version, youâll want to upgrade since older versions often run into little issues with add-ons.
You can always download the latest version of Anki at the official Anki website: https://apps.ankiweb.net/
From there, you might also try unsubscribing and resubscribing to the deck
That does appear to be a different message than the first one that you sent over, though still useful thank you.
I do see that you are subscribed to multiple decks; just so Iâm on the same which deck is it that you attempted to reset?
And just so we donât duplicate any efforts and I know what all youâve tried already of the above; what, if anything, happened when you unsubscribed and resubscribed to the deck? Ideally youâll want to unsubscribe, hit sync, then resubscribe, and hit sync again (just to give the servers a chance to blink)
I guess I tried to reset the AnkiHub one since there are no other ones that I have that I can see, and I did the unsubscribe and resubscribe and nothing happened still, thx for the fast reply
It may be helpful to know which deck, as it does appear that you are subscribed to multiple AnkiHub decks
From what I gather, there was also an AnkiHub add-on update pushed yesterday so it may be helpful to ensure that youâre on the most updated version of that add-on. From your top menu bar: Tools - Add-ons - check for updates, install any available updates and then youâll want to restart Anki
Once thatâs done, you might try resetting local changes again just so that we know weâre on the right track.
If that still doesnât work, we may have to take a step further and in that instance if you can share your logs: top menu bar, AnkiHub - Help - Upload logs, and paste the filename here and Iâll have a developer take a look at it for you if need be
Hey so I donât know how to reset a specific deck as I donât have any showing up like I showed in the screenshot that I uploaded of the browse tab. I did the update and reset the local changes again like the tutorial said, still nothing. Here is the log file name ankihub_addon_logs_alemob02_1785899610.log
Iâm sorry to say that Iâm not quite sure what is going on; it appears to be a bug or error that I havenât seen before. Iâve gone ahead and tagged one of our developers who should be able to cast a more expert eye at this for you, and hopefully we can get you squared away sooner than later
Another thing you can try is clicking unsubscribe to all those decks in the deck management page, then resubscribe on the AnkiHub website then click Sync in Anki and see if that changes things
