Cards not showing up on ankiweb [SOLVED}

I’m using Windows 11, Ankiweb desktop client v23.1.

I have subscribed to the Anking ovehaul which seems to install but no cards come up. I can see the deck and an ‘instruction’ subdeck but all cards are shown as 0, 0, 0.

Things I have done:

  1. Unsubsribe from app, resubscribe from website
  2. Remove all protected checkmarks from website
  3. ‘Upload’ to ankiweb
  4. Test with a sketchymedical set (which works fine - 7000 cards on view)
  5. Enable/disable subdecks
  6. Sync in a variety of ways.
  7. Change all card limits to 9999

I’m out of ideas…pleaes help :slight_smile:

Have you tried unsuspending some cards?

For others facing the issue - I went to browse, Ctrl-A (to select all cards), Cards >> toggle suspend (it was checked and I unchecked it)
