Please try the following steps:
- In Anki, go to
Tools > Check Database.
If step 1 didnโt help, you can try:

If your Anki collection is synced with other devices, run a
Check Databaseon them as well. Then, on your mobile device, go to the sync settings and force a one-way sync to upload to AnkiWeb. Finally, sync your desktop to download the changes from AnkiWeb. -
If you donโt have your collection on other devices, you will need to restore it from a backup created before the error occurred. Hereโs a tutorial on how to do that: How to Restore from Backup
If the issue is fixed, reset local changes to make sure you have all the cards: How to Reset Local Changes
