I followed all these instructions to download the AnKing Step Deck and for some reason it still isn’t showing up in my Anki app on my Mac. I even see the step deck under my “deck management” but when I go to browse I don’t see any of the cards.
Can you go to tags → can you see #AK_Step1_V12?
No I don’t see that tag. I’ve also tried restarting my anki app, logging out of the ankihub website and the anki app but it’s still not showing up.
Try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on the ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

Hello I could not really find where to ask this question, but it is related to the topic here. My issue is I dont have the full deck of NBME 27. I have compared with other people and i am definitely missing cards. I am paying for the subscription as well. How can i fix this issue?
