Hi all. I have created a deck for my and my friends to use. This deck keeps getting updated daily. As of right now there are 223 cards (184 note) in this deck. However when my friends download the deck from ankihub, they only get 115 cards (~90 notes).
When i press on sync to ankihub it says “no new changes”.
What is the issue? The deck has many subdeck under it, could that be the problem? Thanks

Have you clicked on “suggest new notes” for all the new cards you have added?
No i did not. Many of the cards I have within this OBG deck are extracted from the Anking deck. I tried using bulk suggest new notes from browse section but apparently it only works on cards within the same deck, so I guess if there are multiple subdeck under one main deck, it wouldnt work. Any other ideas or suggestions?
Having subdecks should not matter. Are these AnKing cards you have copied and pasted into a new card?
They must use the note type with the brackets, for example (OBGYN / maleknas). Then you have to suggest them as new notes, then your friends will be able to see the new cards
No i simply moved the Anking cards from the Anking v12 deck to my OBG deck within the same profile. So now I have 2 issues, the note type issue (for the anking cards) and the suggest as new notes. What is the best way to go about this right now?
You cannot change the deck location for AnKing cards to make them show up in your own deck. This is because the AnKing cards are already in the AnkiHub deck, you cannot suggest them to your own deck. (you can try optional tags which might suit your purpose)

The option to suggest is greyed out because you most likely did not pick a note type that is AnkiHub compatible.
In red = not compatible with ankihub
in green = compatible with ankihub
therefore you must choose the note type with (OBGYN / maleknas)
I did choose the correct note type. Anyway i deleted the deck from ankihub and made a new one. So now whenever i want to add cards from Anking to my deck what are the steps I have to take in order to be able to share it to ankihub? (other than using optional tags)
You can change the note type to the note type of the deck you want to sync it and suggest it that way, however, I am not sure if that would work since it is already an AnkiHub card.
You can try duplicating the card then changing the note type as well
Some notes are getting skipped because they are already in the AnKing deck. The AnkiHub add-on warns about that when you install a new deck.
