Hey! I am currently on version 24.11 as this the lastest update I could do with my mac version being 10.15. I am trying to sync with ankihub which I have access to, but it won’t allow me to unless I accept the terms and conditions, but the terms and conditions are not clickable. What should I do?

tried option 1,2 and they didn’t work. I am not using the web version, using mac. I did option 4, also didn’t work.

If you are at all able, I would recommend updating your Anki as eventually older versions will no longer be supported and/or will almost certainly run into issues with operating various add-ons (including the AnkiHub add-on).
In the meantime, though, see if you can’t do the following:
- Log into ankihub.net
- Click ‘settings’ at the top bar of your screen.
- Scroll down to ‘study preferences’. If you haven’t already filled that out, go ahead and do that. If you have filled that out, go ahead and set it once more just to trigger the completion again.
Then, restart Anki and please let me know if you’re squared away. ![]()
Hey Brian! To be very honest I tried my luck for the last time and clicked sync and the pop up didn’t show and it synced to ankihub!! I am not sure how that happened but i am so glad it did. Thank you so much for your help. All the best!
