It shows just one card, i still dont get it,
Does it prompt you to click upload to ankiweb or download from ankiweb?
Can you take a screenshot or video of what happens when you click reset local changes?

I do have a subscription, it s been two days since i have been trying,
I checked on our end and it appears you are not subscribed to the deck. Can you take a screenshot of the decks you are subscribed to on the AnkiHub website?
That is most likely why its not syncing

That’s it, you have them all in your deck. You can now choose the cards you want to study then unsuspend them

The problem with me was : i was unsubscribed whenever i use the deck according to the steps.
Like if i did it the first time and i didnt know how to use it, and i reset everything, i was unsubscribed as well.
So i had to go to Anki hub again, and subscribe then i got access to deck as you showed. ( i just checked it )

Hi! To give some context, I haven’t use my Anki account for awhile. After subscribing and clicking synch, I got confused where I could find the new cards because I thought they all got mixed up with the old version. What I did was I deleted all my decks in my Anki app on my laptop. However, upon synching again, the new Anking deck wasn’t reuploaded. I tried to unsubscribe and subscribe again, then install again. Still nothing. What should I do?
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on the ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

Unfortunately, I seems that I have deleted Anking Step Deck accidentally.
I cannot access to new UWORLD questions.
I can only see those that I had already picked out and sorted into decks.
Now, when I try to find cards by pasting UWORLD q IDs, there are only few cards on the list.
How can I fix this?
