my C drive is full I did check however my D drive has 100+gb so why wont it let me sync? Also there are a few images that are just showing up as icons and not the images themselves any help would be appreciated !

physeo. but that’s not the main issue the main issue is my collection wont sync because it keeps saying storage is full. I found the anki 2 folder that contains all the data how do I move this folder so my D drive is where the folder exists and where anki saves to and from
For physeo, you need a subscription to physeo to get the images. They are not synced via AnkiHub
Regarding your storage issue, please post on the official Anki forums since this is not an AnkiHub related issue. You will find better support there 
hi so update I was able to fix the storage issue but is it normal for me to be missing this many media files
for context I had unchecked nearly all the boxes in the unprotected fields tag but then rechecked them thinking I didnt need the physeo files and some other files. Please let me know how to fix this
You will have to batch delete these media files. These are most likely additional resources, first aid, or physeo that are remaining. We do not sync those images in those fields

I’m so sorry but I am genuinely so new to all this. I just have 2 questions, Firstly is it okay if I just like leave these files and forget about them rather that worrying about deleting them. Second when you say " we dont sync those images in those fields" what do you mean by that because from what I understand I did have the first aid icon unchecked and I was seeing the first aid pages this entire week while I was doing flashcards. Physeo images sure they were always a little buggy (some would show some wouldnt). Is there any way for me to manually import these media files where anki could just automatically take the media files it needs from some google drive link or something along those lines? Or perhaps I could delete all media and start fresh would that fix my issue?

Yes, that’s perfectly fine (I do the same too)
By not syncing, it means that we only sync the HTML (for example X924jsdsoasdc.jpg) but it does not install any images. The images can be found in media folders online but we do not provide them since they are copyrighted material. So if you can see the FA images, that most likely means you have the media folder from somewhere on Reddit for example. You can see more about this topic here: Why don't I have all the media in the AnKing Step Deck?
If you have the media folder (we do not provide this), then you can import the folder if its on your laptop.
You can do this by clicking on this button in the AnkiHub add-on
For example, I don’t have any Physeo media because I am not a Physeo subscriber. So all the images appear “broken”. You can try re-importing the media folder you have to see if that fixes some of the images but Physeo only gives out media folders to people who have a subscription to Physeo

So after some further investigating I found that most of the media I’m missing was actually of another deck (not the anking deck) but I did tag the cards with missing media and then opened them in my browse section and indeed most of the cards were missing the “physeo” media. Which is fine since I dont have the subscription anyways so really it does not matter all that much to me. To my surprise however I was also missing some images in the “additional resources” catagory as you can see below:
once I opened it on ankihub I saw that there was no image preview to the additional resources image on ankihub as well:

Yes, this is normal.
We do not sync additional resources as well so if the image is missing, then this has to do with your media folder missing that certain image.
You can try reimporting the media folder to see if it shows the image but otherwise if it’s missing, we cannot assist further in that regard
