FA photos not showing- tried importing images

I tried importing the media after downloading zip file.

the image above is what I got. please help. Using V12, already unprotected FA field, synced local changes.

Read that post already and did the step, which is how I got the screenshoot posted

This might be due to the other deck you have installed for Sketchy (but not 100% sure). You’re missing all first aid images correct?

This is the other sketchy deck.

I am missing all FA images in Anking, ever since I downloaded it.

Did you reset local changes by doing this?

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

yes , I have multiple times. I think it may be related to me not being able to even import the images. I delete Anki software n reinstall

tried. no luck
