Is there a way to update all my cards with pictures from first aid 2024? i am using that now currently and its just my OCD wanting to have that be in my cards instead of first aid 2023 or earlier. Please help and thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, because FA images are proprietary we cannot provide them due to copyright. A brief explanation can be found here:
Obviously if you have access to FA you can edit your own cards to your liking as much as you see fit.
