ive tried looking at previous posts to figure this out. i downloaded the media file and still have the problem

Because FA media is proprietary, I’m afraid I can’t be of much help there unfortunately. You might try searching around online, but owing to the copyrighted nature of that material I won’t be able to be of any more specific help than that.
