I emailed the support team and received no reply after days, so how can I get my refund for this?

You can’t request or process the refund directly through the forum, but you’re in the right place to get pointed in the right direction.

Since you’ve already emailed support and waited a few days, do this:

  1. Double‑check you contacted the correct support address
    Use the email listed here:

    (If you used a different address, resend your request to the one in that post.)

  2. Include the key info in your email
    Make sure your message to support includes:

    • The email tied to your AnkiHub account
    • The date you were charged and the amount
    • Whether it was monthly or yearly Premium
    • If possible, a screenshot or PDF of the invoice/receipt (looks like you already attached something similar)

  3. Check spam / promotions folders
    Sometimes AnkiHub replies end up in spam or the Promotions tab.

  4. If it’s been >5 business days with no reply

    • Reply to your original support email with a short follow‑up (keeps it in the same ticket).
    • In this forum topic, you can also add:
      • The date you first emailed support
      • Whether you used the same email as your AnkiHub account

I don’t have access to billing systems, so I can’t see or trigger refunds myself. The actual refund has to be handled by the AnkiHub support/billing team via the official support channel above.

If you share (1) when you first emailed and (2) which address you used, I can suggest a more specific next step.
