You can’t request or process the refund directly through the forum, but you’re in the right place to get pointed in the right direction.
Since you’ve already emailed support and waited a few days, do this:
Double‑check you contacted the correct support address
Use the email listed here:

(If you used a different address, resend your request to the one in that post.)
Include the key info in your email
Make sure your message to support includes:
Check spam / promotions folders
Sometimes AnkiHub replies end up in spam or the Promotions tab.
If it’s been >5 business days with no reply
I don’t have access to billing systems, so I can’t see or trigger refunds myself. The actual refund has to be handled by the AnkiHub support/billing team via the official support channel above.
If you share (1) when you first emailed and (2) which address you used, I can suggest a more specific next step.
