How do I navigate through all the tags?

I have just downloaded the Anking deck but for the last couple weeks was using Milesdown. My progress is kinda all over the place now and I am trying to navigate card topics in tags so that I can suspend and unsuspend as I go along. The issue is that there are so many tags in the “tag” box, I cannot see the actual topic for each card. I am pretty new to Anki so sorry if I am not making sense, hopefully someone gets me lol.

Hello,

You can navigate through tags on the left side of the browser screen — there you can see the tags in a hierarchical way. You don’t actually need to look for tags in the “Tag box” of the card.

You can just click the tag, and all the cards that are in that tag will be displayed in the browser. From there, you can unsuspend the cards. Look at this example where I am looking for a tag and unsuspending the cards that are in it:
