Based on your situation, it sounds like you’re experiencing an issue where your AnKing Step Deck is showing up empty after trying to fix an overlap with another deck. Don’t worry - this is actually a common issue that can be fixed!
How to Re-download the AnKing Step Deck
You need to reset your local changes in the AnkiHub add-on. This will restore all the cards from AnkiHub while preserving the organization structure (subdecks and tags). Here’s how:
- Go to Browse in your Anki
- In the menu bar at the top, click on AnkiHub
- Press Reset all local changes
- Select the AnKing Step Deck
- Click OK
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has in its database. After doing this, all your cards should reappear with their proper organization intact.
Why This Happened
When you deleted your overlapping decks, Anki still maintained some information about those deleted cards in your local database. When AnkiHub tried to sync, it detected conflicts between what was in your local database and what’s on the AnkiHub server. By resetting local changes, you’re telling AnkiHub to ignore your local database entries and restore everything from the server.
