I changed my laptop recently so i synced my ankiweb and anki hub account into my new laptop. But im unable to see the media. i tried the switch profile-- import thing, it is still showing tht i have 19 missing files and 234389 unused files missing

For the image/s in the picture you shared, just to double check: have you tried resetting local changes to the deck?

For Sketchy and FA: Sketchy images are included in Ankihub, but First Aid are not since they are proprietary. I can’t give much more advice on that, unfortunately.
