I’ve reset local changes, I’ve unsubscribed and resubscribed, I’ve emptied unused media. I’m out of ideas. Only the images in the “term 1” subdeck appear to load, everything else is not there. Is there something I’m missing here?

I can’t be sure, honestly. It’s not a deck that is maintained by the Ankihub team; you’d have to contact the author to be sure
It’s possible that the deck itself (or the media) is corrupted, but because it’s a deck created, and maintained, by a private individual I won’t have any way to know.
