I am a subscribed member and downloaded the michigan bluelink deck. None of the images in the deck are downloading. I have tried syncing, redownloading, forgeting et.c. to no avail. Could I please get some help

Can you check what your media sync status says? Is it idle or downloading?
It says idle and has for the last 24 hours
It appears that the media is missing for others too. I don’t think this deck has media sync enabled and there is no media package. You will need to contact the deck owner.
I have @'ed him here, since this is not an official AnKing related deck, we cannot assist you further unfortunately

Very sorry that you and others are having trouble with media for this deck. I just re-uploaded the deck media to AnkiHub. I also created a shared zip folder of media in case media sync still does not work–please let me know if this is the case.
