Media question

Hello

I have Cards that i cannot see theire media (Anki STEP deck 1 2 )

For example this card (added screen-shot) - doesnt have FA image (not even the small “image icon”)
I looked on AnkiHub website , there i do see FA image (supposed to be)

I tried to “reset local changes” for this card - but didnt help.

What can i do, (if it was asked before, could you please reffer me to the answer link)

Please unprotect your First Aid field on AnkiHub then reset your local changes.

Please note, First Aid media is not synced via AnkiHub and we do not provide media packages for those images
