Missing 141 Media files

Hi, I’ve done all the steps provided earlier for the same topic in this forum.
Reseted local settings, unsubscribed, resubscribed etc.

But even after batch editing the physeo field images. Anki still shows 141 missing images from different areas including First Aid, Sketchy, Sketchy2, Additional Resources etc.

Is there a possible solution for this as Ive wasted a lot of my time from the past few days while setting the deck instead of studying. I’ve added a few screenshots below and cant seem to find those images in the collection media flders too. Any help is appreciated.

Also, which fields are to be protected again as I had unprotected all of them to update.

Hello,

Its normal to have a few media missing. I checked some are in additional resources.

If they are in FA and additional resources, we cannot help you with that since these are not media we sync

If there are any specifically missing in sketchy or sketchy 2 please send us the note ID and we will look into it

The only fields we sync are text, extra, pixorize, and sketchy. You can protect all other fields

Ohh, Alright. Looks like the number came to 110 after adding a collection.media folder. Some of the sketchy2 images for neisseria gonorrhoea were seem to be missing. Ill check and let you know the nid.
