There are generally two reasons why that happens:

First, a cloze on a card may have been deleted by the AnkiHub team because itâs no longer relevant. If thatâs the case, you donât need to worry about missing out on any information.

Second, if you are seeing this too frequently, there might be an issue with field protection. Please follow this tutorial đ Protecting Fields and Tags to ensure the âFrontâ field is unchecked. We usually recommend only protecting the âMissing Questionsâ and âLecture Notesâ fields by checking their boxes. Then, try resetting local changes by following this tutorial How to Reset Local Changes
Then go to Tools > Empty Cards, and click Delete
