It seems you’re encountering a known bug where media doesn’t show up. To help us investigate this, could you please try the following?

I believe that may have been a typo. The issue is typically caused by having protected fields, not unprotected ones. Please ensure the field is unprotected (the box should be unchecked). If that was the misunderstanding, please try resetting your local changes again: How to Reset Local Changes

Please upload your logs. Here’s how:
- In the Anki app, navigate to the menu:
AnkiHub > Help > Upload Logs. - A filename will be shown in a confirmation pop-up. Please copy and paste that filename here for us.
- In the Anki app, navigate to the menu:
