    • Are cards missing in Anki after subscribing/importing from AnkiHub?
    • Do you see any error messages in Anki or in the AnkiHub add-on?
    • Are some subdecks missing, or do the decks appear but with 0 cards, or are media/images missing?
  2. Your setup

    • Anki version (e.g. 2.1.65, 2.1.66, etc.)
    • Operating system (Windows / macOS / Linux)
    • AnkiHub add-on version (in Anki: Tools โ†’ Add-ons โ†’ AnkiHub โ†’ View Files to see the version, or just share a screenshot of your Add-ons list)
  3. What youโ€™ve already done

    • Did you follow the official AnkiHub + AnKing v12 setup guide?
    • Did you already:
      • Log into the AnkiHub add-on with the same account as on ankihub.net?
      • Click โ€œDownload/Update from AnkiHubโ€ for the AnKing deck?
      • Sync Anki with AnkiWeb afterward?
  4. Screenshots (very helpful)

    • A screenshot of your deck list in Anki showing the AnKing deck and subdecks.
    • A screenshot of the AnkiHub add-on window for that deck (showing subscription status / actions).
    • Any error popups you see.

Once you provide that info, I can narrow down whether this is:

  • A subscription / linking issue between your AnkiHub account and Anki,
  • A partial download or interrupted sync,
  • Or something specific to your Anki version / platform.

If your problem turns out to be about how the AnKing deck itself is structured or tagged (rather than the AnkiHub sync/import), we may move it to or continue in :open_book: AnkiHub Decks, but from your title it sounds like an AnkiHub loading/sync issue, so sharing the details above will let us help you quickly.

Can you please make sure you follow all of these steps?

  1. Install the Ankihub addon: Install Ankihub Addon (New User)
  2. Subscribe to and install a deck: Subscribe/Install Step Deck (New User)
  3. Start using the deck: How to Get Started Studying

If even after that you canโ€™t see to fully load the deck, follow this tutorial: How to Reset Local Changes

Please let me know if you run into issues in any of these steps. If the issue is not resolved, please give me a more detailed description about the problem and send screenshots so I can understand it better.
