My anking decks won't fully load on anki despite buying the v12 subscription

Hello,

Can you please make sure you follow all of these steps?

  1. Install the Ankihub addon: Install Ankihub Addon (New User)
  2. Subscribe to and install a deck: Subscribe/Install Step Deck (New User)
  3. Start using the deck: How to Get Started Studying

If even after that you can’t see to fully load the deck, follow this tutorial: How to Reset Local Changes

Please let me know if you run into issues in any of these steps. If the issue is not resolved, please give me a more detailed description about the problem and send screenshots so I can understand it better.
