New Cards aren't showing up in my Anking V12 Deck

I just recently purchased a year of the core Ankihub subscription. I synced ankihub on Anki but the latest cards added for my Anking V12 step deck are only from May 2025 and nothing recently. I asked a friend and they said that their most recent card is from today. Any suggestions?

So, I am not getting the newest cards being added to the step deck. Here is a screenshot of the newest cards that I have added to the deck below the cards I added (the ones I added are all unsuspended and the latest anking cards added to the deck are suspended). I organized it so the newest cards were at the top. I have friends who have ankihub and have more up to date cards added from the anking deck (not made themselves). I am wondering, since I just bought the year subscription, how to go about having those newer cards added to my anking V12

Hmm, without knowing what cards it is that you’re referring to in your friends collection it’s a bit difficult to be sure how best to be of help, unfortunately

If you just bought the AnkiHub subscription then you have all of the cards currently in the deck

A few things stand out from the image you shared:

The three cards at the very top, that are dated from 2025, are image-occlusion cards, which are not a note type that is present in the AnKing Step deck. From there, at least the next two appear to have a typo (‘asucult’) and I suspect are also not from the AnKing Step deck. Thus, they must likely be from some source other than the AnKing Step deck

I don’t see anything, really, from what you’ve shared, to indicate that you’re missing any cards, necessarily. It’s tough to comment much on your friend’s collections, without being able to see them for myself, though it does not appear that you’re missing any cards from what I can see

I also don’t show that there are any cards contained in the AnKing Step deck that have creation dates any newer than the ones in the screenshot you shared, FYI

You can always force a corroboration check of your local collection against the server copy by resetting local changes, which this tutorial can walk you through: Resetting Local Changes

Sounds good. I guess I thought there more more cards made by anking since May ad the newest ones i have on my anking deck are from May. If that was the last time any cards were added to the anking v12 step deck, then I guess nothing is wrong and I was seeing my freinds’ decks incorrectly.
