Just for my own clarity: do you mean Zanki, or the AnKing, Step deck?
In either case, though, I don’t show (at least for this username) that you’re currently subscribed to either deck on AnkiHub, which might be part of the problem.
You might try making sure that you are subscribed to the deck that you want, and double-checking there. Then, if you’re still having any issues, please let me know and happy to help troubleshoot for you further.
