Hello. I would like a refund from my AnkiHub subscription. I bought the Core subscription (I believe that’s the name, the one that costs about $66/year a few days ago and I do not wish to keep it anymore, primarily due to financial reasons. Thank you.

Hi Tyrone,
You can absolutely request a refund for your AnkiHub Core subscription.
Since I don’t have access to your billing info from here, the next step is:
- Contact AnkiHub Support directly using the email associated with your AnkiHub account:
- Send an email to: support@ankihub.net
- Include:
- Your AnkiHub account email
- That you’d like a refund for your Core subscription
- The approximate purchase date (“a few days ago”)
- You can also open a ticket via the AnkiHub web app:
- Go to https://www.ankihub.net
- Log in → navigate to Help / Support and submit a request referencing this forum post.
Because your purchase was only a few days ago and you’re within a very recent timeframe, there’s a good chance support can process a refund, but final decisions are handled by the AnkiHub support/billing team, not via the forum.
If you’d like, you can paste here the message you plan to send to support and I can help you clean it up before you send it.
Hi there,
I’ve responded to the email you’ve sent
