Hi there, and thanks for letting us know.

Refunds, subscription cancellations, and trial cancellations can’t be processed via the forum. They must be handled by the AnkiHub support/billing team.

Since you already emailed within a few minutes of purchase, you’ve taken the right first step. To make sure it’s processed correctly:

  1. Double‑check your email

    • Make sure you contacted support at the correct address listed on ankihub.net (usually the support or billing email shown there).
    • Include:
      • The email address used for your AnkiHub account
      • Date/time of purchase
      • Any receipts or order IDs you received
  2. Cancel your subscription from your account (if possible)

    • Log in to your AnkiHub account on the web.
    • Go to Account / Billing / Subscription (wording may vary slightly).
    • If there is a “Cancel subscription” or “Manage subscription” button, click it and follow the prompts.
    • This helps ensure there are no future renewals while support processes the refund request.
  3. Trials

    • If you started a free trial, cancelling the subscription in your billing page should also stop it from converting to a paid plan.
    • Mention in your email that you want all trials and subscriptions cancelled, which you already did here—just make sure it’s also clearly stated in your email.

If you don’t hear back from support in a few business days, reply to the same email thread to bump it and/or check your spam folder.

I can’t access your account or handle billing directly from here, but if you paste (without any sensitive info) what you sent to support, I can help you confirm that you’ve included everything they typically need.
