The FirstAid field is not filled by Ankihub. The broken images you see are just placeholder URLās that point to default locations in media folders. So, for example, if you had an image in your media folder that corresponded to that field for that note, that little āimageā would direct to that part of the media folder and thus display the image. Because thereās nothing there, those little icons are broken.
You can eliminate the little broken images by protecting the field, which is done for a number of fields for this reason. Itās a weird quirk of how Anki works, but the long and short of it is that thereās nothing missing from the FA field because thereās nothing provided for that field. Sort of like lecture notes, or missed questions, or Pathoma, or any other field they are mostly empty.
