Help! Images are not showing up despite clicking “resetting local changes to a deck”.

Are you a new subscriber to the deck? Maybe the images are still downloading.

Hello,
Physeo images are not synced, you will need a active Physeo subscription in order to download the media. It is hosted on their site
For additional resources, this field is not synced due to copyright so they will appear as missing images.
Also, your Sketchy fields are protected
You will need to uncheck them then reset local changes to see those images. It might take some time to download

They show up in the other profile. I have created a new profile on the app to study for STEP.
The images do not appear as “missing”. I am attaching screenshots here for your reference.

I have tried to reset local changes to images. I selected a card and right-click. It seems like the card is not protected. I am attaching a screenshot here. Is there another way to check if all other cards are protected or if the cards have to be individually checked?

To check if all cards are protected, you need to click on “Manage Protected data” on AnkiHub
Then you have to click on the AnkingOverhaul notetype and uncheck the box to unprotect the field

One last thing, the Sketchy images are working, but not FirstAid. I checked and no fields are protected.

The FirstAid field is not filled by Ankihub. The broken images you see are just placeholder URL’s that point to default locations in media folders. So, for example, if you had an image in your media folder that corresponded to that field for that note, that little ‘image’ would direct to that part of the media folder and thus display the image. Because there’s nothing there, those little icons are broken.
You can eliminate the little broken images by protecting the field, which is done for a number of fields for this reason. It’s a weird quirk of how Anki works, but the long and short of it is that there’s nothing missing from the FA field because there’s nothing provided for that field. Sort of like lecture notes, or missed questions, or Pathoma, or any other field they are mostly empty.
