I can confirm that I have created my AnkiHub account and signed in on the Ankiweb desktop app. I have paid Ankihub (and been charged) and subscribed to the Step 1 Step 2 deck. My plan is/was to upgrade from v11 to v12, but I’ve had a lot of trouble with doing this and no other question threads seem to resolve my problem.
When I try to click “sync” in the Anki desktop app, a popup appears and states “The action you are trying to perform requires an active membership. Unlock a membership here: Ankihub Plans. Or if you prefer, reach out for support at our Ankihub Community.”
As someone who has a membership already, please advise how I should proceed.
Mine has been working fine for the past 3 weeks, but now I’m getting “The action you are trying to perform requires an active membership” when I try to synch, even though I purchased a year and it was working just fine until right now
