I downloaded the anking overhaul deck, but I have two problems. A) Images aren’t showing up and B) I don’t want all the tags appearing on the card itself. They’re distracting and in the way.
I know you used to have to download media files, but it says on the wiki that you don’t need to anymore - I’m not sure when that change was made, or if it is related to the problem I’m experiencing.
I’m also confused as to why the tags are showing up on my cards, which I don’t want. I also didn’t find support for that.
I’ve tried to fix these problems, but to no avail. Any and all help is so appreciated.
Regarding the tags showing up, make sure you have the anking note type addon installed, then go to it in
Click on the word tags, then make sure tag container is switched off
For the images, try resubscribing and subscribing again and wait until all the media is done downloading, it should go from media sync: downloading → media sync: idle as shown below
Make sure you are also updated to the latest Anki version stated in our website below at the top (Version 2.1.64)
