It looks like you’ve just pasted the description text for the :person_raising_hand: Support category into your post, but haven’t actually added your question or any screenshots yet.

To help you with:

“Trying to put cards on a sub deck, but after selecting the cards and creating the deck it says 0 notes added. Also it does not add them to card queue”

we’ll need a bit more detail.

Could you please reply with:

  1. Where you’re doing this:

    • Anki desktop with the AnkiHub add-on, or
    • On the AnkiHub web app?
  2. Exact steps you’re taking, e.g.:

    • How you are selecting the cards/notes (Browse window? Which deck?)
    • How you are creating the subdeck (via Anki “Change Deck…”? via AnkiHub?)
    • Any messages that appear (exact wording if possible).
  3. Screenshots of:

    • The Browse window showing the selected notes.
    • The dialog where you create the subdeck / move notes.
    • The resulting deck list showing the new subdeck (if it appears).
  4. Whether the deck is:

    • A local deck only, or
    • An AnkiHub-synced deck (e.g. AnKing Overhaul / another shared AnkiHub deck).

Once you share that, we can narrow down whether this is:

  • An AnkiHub deck permission/structure issue,
  • A filter/search mismatch (e.g. cards not actually in that deck),
  • Or a general Anki deck / note selection issue (in which case we may redirect some parts to the Anki Support Forum, but still guide you on the AnkiHub side).

Please reply with those details and a couple of screenshots, and we’ll walk through it step-by-step.

Hello,

I would be happy to help.

A few things:

  • Do you have that deck in your local Anki collection?
  • Are the cards already in that deck?
  • Have you tried ‘open selected in browser’ to view those cards within Anki? If so, what do you see there?

I was able to fix it by unsubscribing and subscribing again, thank you!
