Upgraded from V11 to V12 but not working

Hello,

Let’s try these two things first:

  1. Please make sure you’ve downloaded the AnkiHub add-on for Anki and that you’re logged into your account there. (Just checking—when you said you’re logged into AnkiHub, did you mean through the add-on in Anki or through the website?)

  2. Try resetting local changes using this guide:
    :backhand_index_pointing_right: How to reset local changes

If the issue continues or you see any error messages, let me know and I’ll help you sort it out!
