From the looks of it, it seems that you may have protected all of your fields:
By protecting all of your fields, AnkiHub is necessarily unable to write to any of your fields. Hence why updates aren’t reaching your local collection
In order for AnkiHub to be able to write to a field, it would have to be unprotected.
Give that a shot, let me know how you fare, and we’ll go from there and hopefully we can get you squared away.
