idk why, but a lot of them are missing (i updated from v11) i checked media files and there are around 1k missing media files

We do not sync the additional resources images, they are protected by default so they should not be altered when you sync with V12
It appears you are not subscribed to V12 however.

I resubbed for this month, did uncheck additional resources from protected fields (only first aid protected now), and reset the local changes, but I still have the same issue ):

We don’t sync additional resources, so you wouldn’t recieve any images in your additional resource field
If you had images in that field previously, you can restore from a backup to get them back
i had missing files in that field even before unchecking it, i thought it would be solved this way 
, i don’t know how to restore images from a back up

I imported media from v11 through ankihub addon, a lot of media are present now, however I still have a lot of unused media (more than 8k)
The unused media might be from other decks you have/are subscribed to.
What fields are they missing in? We only sync text extra pixorize and sketchy.
yeah i think they are from other decks.
i only have some images that are still missing in the same field “additional resources” however they are way less than before … so i am okay with this and thank u
