There is so much differing information from here, reddit, and other forums. Where is the most recent media package that you are supposed to import and reimport for the Anking V12 deck? Some of these are already in there, majority are missing from all types of resources. I pay for most resources but I don’t know where to find any of these media files that are talked about in the comments in the first place. I have tried reddit as well, and majority are deleted comments and broken links including the link on ankihub for physeo. This run around to try to find current information is extremely confusing when I cant even find the original media package mentioned and its not linked anywhere.

There is no media pack for AnKing V12 that we provide. We only sync the Text, Extra, Pixorize, and Sketchy field. We also sync Physeo field but you need a subscription to get the media for that.
First Aid and Additional Resources are not synced. The above post explains everything. Let us know if you have any other questions
Is it protected or unprotected when theres a checkmark in that field? I have tried both multiple times with no alleviation of the issue. Literally just a month ago I had all these on the V12 deck and when I resubscribed to it now everything is gone. Thanks for updating that post, but theres no explanation as to how to get those images and even how if you pay for physeo how to get the images synced. It says pixorize is included but none of that is visible on my end. Also, I have tried to import media, and instead it just force closes my anki so is that function operational? Theres a few references in that post and within that post that link to posts that also are missing.
That post doesn’t explain everything. For example,
- If the “Check media” dialog says you have missing media, you may have missing media files in other decks on your Anki profile. You need to determine which notes have those missing files (you can copy and paste the image names into the search bar) — And then what? have 20, 953 missing from this deck alone. I don’t really get how to fix this even if I purchased these resources.
The notion help page starts to describe the issue, but doesn’t say anything about how to fix the issue when the check media window says “the following files are referenced by cards, but were not found in the media folder”. Whats up with that?
If there is a check mark, it means it is protected
Which images were gone? as in which field were they in?
Try this and the pixorize images will appear: Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
You just need to unprotect the Physeo field, reset local changes, and then import the media folder that Physeo provides from their website
Yes it is functional so it should work, what folder are you trying to import?
You need to determine in which fields the media are missing.
If you are missing media in the following fields:
- Text
- Extra
- Sketchy
- Pixorize
- Physeo (only if you have a physeo subscription)
