Card problems(im nit sure tho)

Hi guys, so i was scrolling through the deck, i noticed that every system has like 4 to 10 cards related to a resource (like B&B has 15 cards about cardiology) , but pulmonary has alot more, i just wanna make sure this is the actual deck and not some problem with the cards not loading

You can try resetting local changes to make sure you have all the cards:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on the ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

I just realized my anking deck only has 500 cards(its v12), i bought the subscription 2 months ago and then canceled it later, but it said that i would still have the cards but just wouldn’t get updates on them

Would that affect any of my own made decks and cards?

First, please know that reseting local changes will not affect any of your own decks or the cards you’ve created yourself.

Regarding the card count from the AnkiHub deck, you get to keep all the cards you have at the moment you cancel. We don’t delete any cards from your collection, so that isn’t what happened here.

A few things might have happened to cause the discrepancy you’re seeing:

  • The cards might be suspended. You can check by following this guide: Selecting/Unsuspending Cards by Tag
  • It’s possible some cards were deleted by mistake from your end.
  • There might have been missing cards even when you were subscribed. In that case, resetting local changes would have downloaded the complete deck.

If there really are cards missing from your collection now, the only way to download the complete, up-to-date deck would be to subscribe again and then use the “reset local changes” feature, as Ahmed mentioned.

I did that also, it still didn’t come back, but there is something, before buying the v12, i had the v11, after subscribing to the v12 i deleted the v11, could that be the case?

Using the ‘reset local changes’ feature will push a corroboration check of your local collection against the server copy.

However, since it looks like you don’t currently have an active account, this feature won’t be able to do much since you won’t have access to the AnkiHub servers without an active account.

But, having had v11 before v12 won’t have been the source of any issues, fortunately. Folks update all the time, and the system is designed to take that into account.
