Deck missing images

This is what it shows when I check media. I just downloaded the deck on a new account. There are no protected fields, media sync is Idle, and I reset local changes and then synced as well. There dosen’t seem to be rhyme or reason why some are missing and some are not?? I have looked at other tickets but i havent seen anything that solved it!

Missing files: ⁨3881⁩

Unused files: ⁨2⁩

Over 100MB: ⁨1⁩

Files over 100MB can not be synced with AnkiWeb.

Anki’s built-in Tools > Check Media tool can sometimes show a “missing files” report even when no media is actually missing from your AnkiHub decks.

Please keep in mind a few things regarding missing media:

  • Broken image icons usually only indicate missing media if they appear in specific fields like Text, Extra, Sketchy, and Pixorize.
  • For First Aid and B&B content, you will need a separate subscription to that resource. You can learn more about how this integration works here: McGraw Hill Integration FAQ

This is a copy pasted reply, I already followed this reply under a different thread. There are missing files with the broken image icons.

These steps usually resolve the issue.

Can you please share screenshots of the missing images so I can understand the exact issue you’re facing? Where exactly are the images missing? Also, please open the card info and send a screenshot so I can see the note ID and note type.
