Second when you say " we dont sync those images in those fields" what do you mean by that because from what I understand I did have the first aid icon unchecked and I was seeing the first aid pages this entire week while I was doing flashcards.

By not syncing, it means that we only sync the HTML (for example X924jsdsoasdc.jpg) but it does not install any images. The images can be found in media folders online but we do not provide them since they are copyrighted material. So if you can see the FA images, that most likely means you have the media folder from somewhere on Reddit for example. Is there any way for me to manually import these media files where anki could just automatically take the media files it needs from some google drive link or something along those lines? Or perhaps I could delete all media and start fresh would that fix my issue?

If you have the media folder (we do not provide this), then you can import the folder if its on your laptop.

You can do this by clicking on this button in the AnkiHub add-on

For example, I don’t have any Physeo media because I am not a Physeo subscriber. So all the images appear “broken”. You can try re-importing the media folder you have to see if that fixes some of the images but Physeo only gives out media folders to people who have a subscription to Physeo
