Why would you need a separate account? You can be logged in on two Anki profiles (on the same or two different computers) with the same account.
The best option is probably to login using the same AnkiHub account on both computers, but only sync from one. This can be achieved by setting the Auto Sync with AnkiHub
option to Never
on one computer.
Then the updates you get from AnkiHub get shared between the computers by the AnkiWeb sync.
The reason for not syncing from both computers is to prevent some problems with duplicate cards for new notes which can occur with this setup. The problem was reported here for example:
I could reproduce the problem myself as well.
It would be probably best if you could just be logged in on two computers with the same AnkiHub account and could sync from both of them without problems. However preventing these problems with duplicate cards would likely require some larger changes.
