I can help you with syncing the MCAT deck to your devices. Based on the information I’ve found, here’s how to resolve your issue:
Troubleshooting AnkiHub MCAT Deck Sync Issues
The issue you’re experiencing is common when setting up AnkiHub decks across devices. Here’s a step-by-step solution:
Make sure you have the right setup on all devices:
-
On your computer:
- Ensure you have installed the AnkiHub add-on in Anki
- Verify you’ve logged into your AnkiHub account through the add-on
- Check that you’ve properly subscribed to the MCAT deck on the AnkiHub website
- After subscribing, click the sync button in Anki and follow the prompts to install
-
For your phone:
- Make sure you’ve set up AnkiWeb syncing on your computer first
- After installing the deck on your computer, sync with AnkiWeb by clicking the sync button
- On your phone’s Anki app, log in with the same AnkiWeb account and sync
Common issues and fixes:
- If the deck appears to be missing: Go to Browse → Tags → Look for
#AK_MCAT_v2
- the deck might have installed into an existing deck - If AnkiWeb syncing fails: Make sure your AnkiWeb account is confirmed and working properly
- If you still don’t see the deck on your phone: Try a full sync from your computer to AnkiWeb first
Remember that AnkiHub and AnkiWeb are separate services - you need both for cross-device functionality. AnkiHub manages the deck subscription, while AnkiWeb handles syncing between devices.
If you continue having issues, please provide more specific details about what happens when you try to sync, and I can give more targeted help.

Can you confirm you have done the following?
- You have downloaded the ankihub addon and signed in
