My Anking V12 is missing this image even after resetting local changes and reinstalling AnkiHub add-on. This only happens with this image.

@ittipat can you check if that field is protected in your tags?
Here is the image for now if you want to add it to your lecture notes or overwrite the extra field

If you go to AnkiHub > Help > Upload logs and post the filename shown, I can look into it more.

Does signing out of Ankiweb then syncing with AnkiHub again make a difference?
No difference. In the past, I usually sync the Anki then sleep the computer. I do not know whether this is related to this problem.
Couldn’t figure out what’s causing this so far unfortunately. The logs show the add-on is finding no missing files.
