Hello, I’m missing the media under “First Aid” and " Additional resources". I tried resetting it and removing any protected tags but it still doesn’t work. Is there anything else that I can do?

Proprietary images, such as for First Aid, are copyrighted and as such we are not able to provide them. This is explained in a bit more detail here: AnKing Step Deck Wiki
