Tags aren't updating + other

Just resubscribed with a membership to update my boards anking overhaul because I was missing some tags. Used protected fields for some things (notes, etc) but didn’t do anything with the tags except make sure combining tags was unmarked like the video said. I’m still missing the tags that I need. Advice?

Also, optional tags aren’t showing (just subscribed to some)
Also I have never been able to add suggestions
